the bench press was literally invented 100 years ago . Working out with you natural weight is the natural way and way better . Do more push ups if you don't feel the burn

I can do 100 wide pushups (elbows to the side) and maybe 70 at most (estimation, I dislike these) narrow pushups (elbows grinding against my sides)

Have been doing them like 5 days a week by the hundreds for a month now and they definitely hit my back a lot better than rows. Chest, shoulder and triceps are something I'm still not sure about.

A correct pushup is:
>starting with squeezed chest
>tight abs and glutes
>going all the way down and touching the floor wit your chest
>going all the way up until you feel your chest squeeze
If you can do 100 pushups in a single set then you must have a decent chest / tricep.
But looking at this thread about 7/10 of the posts are just retards who don't actually train.
Tricep gains are real with lock out and hold at top reps

95 kilograms : 190 cm height. Why?
A woman needs just as much of a bubble butt as fine round boobas. The size of each of those doesn't matter that much for me, but if a butt is flat as a pancake, it's big turn-off. So, i would trade smaller tits for a fine round apple shaped bubble butt anytime.

I'm 70 something kilos and 180cm and I was literally dying after I did the 100 pushups, did 70 really fast, 4-5 seconds rest (locked out) to 80 and from there it was a slog to 100 (my eyes were red and watering) This was a few days ago, never managed to do it before. It was a mental battle ngl.
and sure the form might've turned to shit as it went on, but I did it for me and it's a personal accomplishment. Wide pushups btw, so it isn't really that special.

Nope. I don't need to prove anything to anyone. I am doing narrow push-ups. The push-up handles help a lot. I did knuckle push-ups before i had the handles, because i can't do push-ups on my hands. And on my knuckles it was way more difficult.

With that defeatist attitude, you won't. Working out is mainly a mental challenge, physical comes after that.
Pull your elbows by your sides, keep your core engaged. If you're still doing fine, spring off the ground or move your hands into a diamond position.
