It depends heavily on the person.
In this photo the 4 pack and 8 pack and are aesthetic, while the 6 pack abs are just shown on a bad physique. 10 pack abs are always disgusting. A lot of it also matters on other factors of the abs, ronnie coleman had ugly abs because of the separation in the center for example. Other peoples are too uneven or bad proportion of size. All factors need to be considered.
Generally 4 and 6 are the best looking, while 8 can be good if it’s like in the photo and the top two are really small. More than that is always freaky looking.

Used to have 8 before I kinda gave up on excercising after I've got some really nasty gastritis, wasn't able to eat/drink anything but water and a plate of soup here and there for several days.
Lost around 10kg and a lot of strength.
Now I have higher bf% and maybe 6 barely visible ones if you count the 2 mini ones at the top. (I've got a fast food job, so I ate their trash food that they gave us because I'm poor, also ate some sweets)
Began exercising again and recently hit a 100 wide pushups, so it's not all bad.
