Current for 10+ reps:

OHP: 56% of the way there
Bench: 37%
Squat: 60%
Deadlift: 50%

>thought I was making shit progress
>learn 1/2/3/4 is 1RM instead of 5RM

What? It was always 5rm

really retard?
It's always been an entire 3x12 rep scheme

She does scat porn

Bro
What the fuck is this shit
Just tell us how much weight you’re moving on each lift

>How long does it take?
depends

if you have really good genetics or are gigafat it could be as fast as 2-3 months

if you have average to good genetics itll take probably between 6-8 months

If you have shitty genetics, could be 2 years or more

That's just her natural skin color user.

...

>tfw shitty genetics
>1 whole year to go from 60kg squat to 120kg x 6 (idk what the 1rm would be, maybe 130kg)
>8 months to go from 50kg x 5 OHP to 70kg x 5

at least I have the most based fetish ever in the universe

>How long does it take?
Stupid question

>What’s the toughest one to get?
For me, bench by far.

I think 1/2/3/4 is a stupid metric for strength.

Though I haven't personally done it yet (4 months training) but I believe a bodyweight ratio of those lifts should be a more accurate gauge of strength.

For example currently:
OHP = 125lbs (0.93 plates)
Bench = 195lbs (1.73 plates)
Squat = 245lbs (2.33 plates)
Deadlift = 325lbs (3.21 plates)

But I weigh 140lbs (hard gainer). Which gives me a wilkis of 281 (not impressive but still).

Compare that to the average american man (198 lbs). If he achieved 1/2/3/4 his wilkis would be: 273. So despite pulling 180 pounds more than myself, I would be considered stronger than him pound for pound.

I feel like 1/2/3/4 is a feasible goal for anyone especially for reps, but you shouldn't take what people say here at face value, like you should hit it easily after 2 months - their physiology may be different than yours. Your technique may be off for years, hindering your growth, but because you are so focused on the stats you don't notice it.

My point is that may be a generalizational strength stat for a population of 4 billion people each with millions of genetic variations shouldn't be the considered the best gauge for strength

if you have garbage genetics like me you'll lift 4 years to lift barely above 1/2/3/4

how do you get past OHP plateaus. Please help me
I'm already pressing 3x per week and CGBP once a week.

link?

Eat more and don't insist on being absolutely strict with the press, i.e., a layback is fine and will increase your strict press more than just strict pressing would.

WTF, she actually does.
>How long does it take?
6-18 months depending on genetics and how much you are willing to bulk
>What’s the toughest one to get?
Again depends on your genes but the hardest for me was squat cuz I do it high bar and have knee issues.

170lbs OHP/250lbs bench/315 squat/465lbs deadlift

>2.25/3
247.5lbs OHP and 315lbs bench? How is that possible

Have an arm injury that only affects the bench, but I was terrible at bench even before the injury.
