Hi frens, my lower back in going downhill fast. Can you recommend any good exercises to get my lower back at strong as possible? I have access to a gym but am not sure the best way to target

Thanks frens

No more deadlifts or squats, ever.

More deadlifts and squats, forever

Reverse hyperextension, you can do it anywhere

Use this thing to start out with. Once you can do 50 consecutive without weights, feel free to move on to something harder.

wayyyyyyy too hard on my hamstrings, sore for a week

This^^^

Also, you can do romanian deadlifts with very very very light weights. Focus on ab exercises too. Overall core stability is just as important for a healthy back than just the erectors themselves

Then keep fucking doing them you faggot. Grow some better hamstrings goddamn don't be a bitch

I have been to multiple doctors past few weeks regarding that. The answer is planks and Pilates, especially if it's disc damage.

deadbugs and pallof press, makes your posture better aswell

You’re lost

Schools have literally started teaching kids how to have gay sex

It’s not really that complicated, is it? Who needs a lesson to figure it out?

I came here to post this.
Even when I was going through sex ed in the 90's, I felt we students knew more about it than the losers teaching us did.

all the others are true too

Yeah, kill yourself

The problem isn't knowing about it, it's normalizing it.
