Why is cutting so hard bros? All my lifts are going down or stalling. I feel tired and cold all the time. I can only shit like once a week and my libido is 100% dead. Also I'm moody and emotional

I just want to go down from 190 to 180 lbs, is it supposed to this hard? I'm trying to eat ~2000 calories a day plus 6-8 hours of cardio every week

I just have 2 days where I really overeat (1000+ calories on top of my usual cut). Usually friday and tuesday. Keeps me motivated and my lifts strong

How do you guys deal with strength loss during a cut? Its so depressing for me being forced to remove weight from the bar with each week

by your description I would say that you're lacking fats in your diet
make sure to get at least 50g of those a day in your diet even when cutting, your body needs it
just be grateful that you're doing it on your own volition, not because of an injury or something

Everyone is different. For me bulking is harder. Constantly need to eat. Always bloated and sluggish. Face fat makes me look worse too and having to poop twice a day is really annoying since I can only poop at home.

Focus on other things, like getting laid a lot with this sweet, lean, muscle-bound body you have now. And your lifts shouldn't be regressing that much, you are still getting the right amount of protein in your diet right? The amount you should get while bulking and cutting shouldnt change very much, you're just reducing calories.

when I look at myself in the mirror at the end of the day, it makes all that hardship worth it. sometimes I'll take pics and post on social media, the compliments from qts are worth it.
