it's over for me bros.....go on without me....
The intervertebral discs are desiccated at L3-L4 L4-5 and L5-S1
Keep lifting, stretch your hammies and hip flexors. Pike stretch/couch stretch daily. Core work. Low rep/weight double overhand deadlifts with perfect form, reset after each rep
Good luck with the back spasms when they inevitably come and go
What has caused it? Can give some tips
squatting 185 as a warmup when my max is 405
yeah this is gonna need some stretching kek
Did you round your back at the lowest point? How can squats cause such shit
As an actual MD the scan itself actually doesn't look bad. Not that the scan and the clinical symptoms always match but I wouldn't say anything is over for you based on this.
>Did you round your back at the lowest point?
not at all, I think if anything I was over arching
forgot to mention this imagery was this week, when the incident happened like 4 years ago, is it possible for herniated disks to like, re absorb their shit?
How to avoid disc herniation with squats and deadlifts?
Be honest, do you know what bracing, intra abdominal pressure and neutral spine are? If yes, did do them or did just squat without caring too much like the most?
low bar?
>re absorb their shit
Yes. Easy. But why did you get mri now? Do you have still symptoms? Are you lifting now?
Need more informations to give a good response
>Be honest, do you know what bracing, intra abdominal pressure and neutral spine are? If yes, did do them
yes, I'd been lifting for years at that point with no issues. I simply have just been extremely hard on my spine in my life from various sports/being an infantry zogbot/etc
>But why did you get mri now?
first time i've had health insurance in 4 years
>Do you have still symptoms?
occasional low to mid grade pain and numbness in the bottom of my feet/back of my legs, depending on how hard I'm working/training and how much time I spend stretching
>Are you lifting now?
not really I lift a 40lb kettlebell that's it
high bar exclusively
OFF-TOPIC
don't get scared by the words "disc herniation" most of the training population has an asymptomatic "disc herniation"
>high bar exclusively
Frequency? Intensity?
at the time 3x a week high intensity, and a shitload of cleans/front squats
>yes, I'd been lifting for years at that point with no issues. I simply have just been extremely hard on my spine in my life from various sports/being an infantry zogbot/etc
Not, this doesn’t make sense. You wouldn’t herniate your disc when you would brace properly and keep a neutral spine. Above you wrote that you overarched your back.
>Not, this doesn’t make sense
whatever you say dude
Be honest and write that your form was shitty back in times when this happened
It's quite possible why are you so obsessed with this
Because you male all the squat guys anxious with such statements
uuuuuh okay
