How do you guys manage to eat huge amount of food and shit without fucking your asshole up? Since I started to eat for real, its difficult and painful to take those huge shits, my ass already bled a couple of times.

Fiber is a meme for bloatlords that kill your gains. What you really need is to trim down your macros to as few carbs as humanly possible, cut all fiber and sugar, max your protein intake and make up the rest of your calories with fats.
Your shits will sail through your manhole with so little effort your next biggest fear will be finding a toilet when nature calls.
Milk. One or two liters a day usually smooths out my shits.
Almonds and sunflower seeds. It is a good snack between meals, full of calories and protein, and also a load of fibre to help move your bowels.

You need a decent amount of fiber and more water. Also try moving around more, going on walks or runs can help stimulate your colon and help you go more often. When I was on a 4500 calorie bulk I would shit 3 times a day but they were pristine since I fibermaxed and kept hydrated.
