You gotta start a new "WAGMI" thread.

heart failure

i dont know

anxiety keeps me from going outside too often

i dont know what to do with myself around other people so i just stare at my phone as much as possible

Alcohol

Force yourself into the situations that bring you anxiety. It is the only true way to get over your anxieties. If it's general anxiety you need to look deeper within and figure out what your true problems are, and deal with them in a healthy way.
I used to struggle with social anxiety but beat it once I started going back to school and found a job after a few years of NEETdom. I can finally talk to people anywhere without feeling like a retard.

im 30 and anxiety ruined my entire life. im terrified of everything. only way to relieve it is suicide, at least for me

Honestly ashwagandha really took the edge off for me

Agreed, also killed all my motivation to get a job.

Most people deal with anxiety on some level but most don't realize how bad it can get, It's possible that just nutting up is the solution, Get out and deal with anxiety provoking situations until they stop bothering you (as much) like the other user said.
Or maybe you're 30 like me and the other user, i don't know what to tell you. Removing myself from society as much as possible to the point i live like a hermit helped my mental state a lot but this is probably not a solution to most. Phenibut helps take the edge off but apparently people get addicted to it and you can use it a couple a days per week at most. MDMA seems to have helped with the social part, Very slightly in a subltle way shifted my attitude towards people even if i only ever done it alone in my apartment.
You just kind of learn to live with it and make the most of what you have.

try some ashwagandha

im the 30 yo guy above what is your life like now is it normal

wimhof breathing 3-4 rounds, once a day

Phenibut is fucking retarded, alcohol is significantly more effective in treating anxiety and is nowhere near as addicting, also way less rebound anxiety

honestly idk bro I'm taking 2 mood stabilizers and I'm hoping exercise will get me off them eventually

High intensity cardio. Your brain is in fight or flight mode but your body isn't. Match it and you'll have a relief

Weed, calisthenics, NoFap, cold showers. Stop caring what other people think of you.

This except replace weed with alcohol

unironically become a more violent person and find peace in hurting others

Learn how to perform mindfulness meditation and do it consistently
Get a lot of sleep.
Approach anxiety-inducing situations to acclimate - small but consistent steps
If you have a habit of drinking alcohol, never touch it again.

Honestly just grow up OP. Used to shit myself in job interviews, stress everyday about meeting new people.
Now I just don't care, I treat interviews like I'm meeting a friend and meetings with clients the same.
Unironically its helping my career, I just make friends with people.
