4 days to go…. You ready?
4 days to go…. You ready?
Please explain what this is? Im willing to try
Random holidays crossfit fags do some hero workout like above and jerk off to everyone about it
Pretty self-explanatory, do the workout in the pic, then go home and watch Tora Tora Tora and Bridge on the River Kwai and the Dirty Dozen
Too difficult
You two fags should get married
You don't have to do everything in 1 set (although you should)
Why the disproportion between running and pull ups etc? If anything, military guys put more emphasis on cardio.
Probably because Murph came up with this to supplement all the other cardio he was doing
Good movie choices user. I would also add Zulu.
100 pull ups is a lot
No thanks, id rather do 3x/week PPL at the gym and even look better. Strength? Try me, I'll just pop a bullet in your ass
Fuck brehs, I don't think I can do the 100 pullups anymore. I used to be able to do so many before I started cutting.
I'm more inclined to believe it's because you'd be hard pressed to find Americans that can run, say, 10 miles consecutively, whereas you could find a sizeable amount of people who could do 10x10 pull ups, especially among those which this challenge gathers to( crossfitters etc.)
they are cardio crossfit pull ups
I can't even get 100 pullups a day. I can do 10 reps a set and I guess some sets a day. I've only done 100-150 pushups, squats not even for funny. And the 2 miles, ok.
But the pullups and the squats are terrifying.
fast ever was sub 35 minutes. im sure most general in shape people will complete in within an hour
>caring about some zogbot
Kino movies though
People tipically do a lot of volume like that with different exercises, 3x10 pull ups, 3x10 rows, 3x10 some other row, 3x10 a back machine exercise.
You can do 100 pull ups, nobody said it had to be in a row, inb4 yes the challenge says is in a row, that's stupid and still is not a competition, you can arrange the workout however you like.
Im not even a crossfitfag and clearly YNGMI
It’s supposed to be
>1 mile
why are americans like this?
