What headphones do you guys use? My Sony WI-C200 shit the bed and I need new ones.
Maybe the sweat ruined them.
Fuck decline is so awkward. And if the e1rms are right then I'm a good bit weaker decline than I am flat lmfao
the EA sleeves are incredibly tiring on the bicep tendons while loading plates and stuff.
Hold up. How do we know that kimcel isn't a (((character)))?
Some stuff he may exaggerate but you can tell by the way he lifts that he's genuinely retarded
Most relevant books for proper training:
>Louie Simmons
Westside Barbell Book of Methods, Bench Press Manual, and Book of Squat and Deadlift. One of the best authors for training fundamentals, but program guidelines are quite loose.
>Josh Bryant
Jailhouse Strong, JHS 8x8 Offseason Powerlifting Program, and JHS Successful Mindset Manual. Great author for training fundamentals. However, there is no free peaking program.
>Cory Swede Burns
5th Set, and 5th Set Evolutions. Most up to date training program templates, only the bench peak is outdated.
>Jim Wendler
5/3/1 for Powerlifting, 5/3/1 Forever. 5/3/1 for PL is a great beginner book, and if you like it, Forever can be used to adapt it for longer term progress.
Bryant's and Burns's books are well written, but Wendler is a retard and Louie cannot into English. All of the books are in the pastebin in Bobbergs's drive.

You just haven’t found the groove yet.
When I first started doing the Gorilla Glute Press (decline on a flat bench) I was much weaker with it than standard bench.
Nowadays I’m much stronger at GGP than vanilla.
Sir this is Wendy's.
>wife is in Las Vegas for a sales convention
>had to stay over the weekend due to a client emergency that came up
>she's texting me like "babe I'm so sorry" because we had plans to get dinner with her friends

>gonna watch the USAPL College nationals with my /plg/ friends
>drink home-brewed mead
>might have the lads over to drink beers
>feels fucking good lads
Yeah but you still get leg drive out of your GGP don't you? I have no leg drive and can't grip the bench with my legs. Massive stability loss on my end.
