>go for a jog in the local park
>it has a calisthenics area where I train after jogging 3-5km (depends on how I’m feeling that morning)
>get home, shower
>black coffe cause intermittent fasting
>bike to work
Pretty nice, not even in the office and already 60-75 minutes of sport done

Rinse and repeat all week

In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

Wake up when i wake up, usually 9ish, open my flower shop(small business owner), work till 1 pm, at which point the florist comes to her shift, run whatever errands need to be ran, play guitar till mom comes home from work, eat lunch, play vidya while parents afternoon rest, go into the workshop to restock the flower shop with the goods we sell, start my workout around 8 pm, shower when finished, play vidya till 11pm, watch a movie/episode of show im watching, sleep no later than 2am.
Every day for the last year.

I want this, I started forcing myself to sleep in 90 min cycles so that I can wake up early

god I wish I lived with my grandad, every time I call him on the phone he tears up knowing we might not see each other again since he's pretty old, he doesn't say it but I can see it. We live in different continents so I can't see him as much as I want
