use your brain and figure it out

My brain told me to ask more experienced lifters

2nd pic isn't correct about back position, you're NOT supposed to arch your back on squats or deads, you should have a FLAT back, and pic 2 is closer to where you should be, just that the ass isn't back far enough and the bar is too far away. Bar position is correct in pic 1, but arching your back excessively is a bad thing.

>Am I making a mistake?
A massive one.

Explain

Deadlifting.

Kek

wrong retard
you're supposed to have a neutral spine, and the spine is naturally curved.

>Straight back
>Hyperextended
>Rounded back
>Straight

>Herniates your disc
Nothing personal kid

I only do these. My ass and hammies are strong as fuck. I still do squats. Deadlifts are reddit lifts that just prepare you for injury down the line. Unworthy of the risk

>I only do these and not conventionals. Am I making a mistake?
What's your goal? Why AREN'T you doing conventional? Why ARE you only doing these?

Are you making a mistake going to the gym to do nothing but curls and quarter squats? Maybe that's all the goals you have?

If your goal is huge legs, this isn't gonna cut it. If you're scared of conventional ask yourself why. Can't do them properly? Can't learn form? Can't even do trap bar deads? Can't fix your form shortcomings with sumo?
You have so many options.

I think deadlift + squats is too much. Should I alternate between the two

you're clearly the retard here.

Deadlift+squats on the same day, or deadlift+squats in the same week?
The former is right, the latter is wrong.

go ahead and explain why bud

On the same day

What is your goal and what does your program look like?

Hyperextension leads to injury under heavy load. Look at any decent oly weightlifter.

My goal is being healthy and train every muscle twice a week
For leg day my lifts are:
>squats
>RDLs
>leg curls ss with leg extensions
>calf raises

1. neutral spine is not hyperextending
2. literally all olympic weightlifters DO pull with a hyperextended spine

you are retarded
