End of.

How the fuck do I do RDLs without fucking up my back? My hamstrings are so tight that I always end up arching like crazy.

Use lighter weights and stretch more. You're not meant to go heavy with RDLs.

Leg Curl, seated
Leg Curl, laying
Nordic Curl
Back Extension with the support below your pp

You might be going too low, you should stop before your back starts to arch. Practice in front of the mirror, if you can go slightly below your knees that should be good enough. But some soreness is normal.

Did this improve your life in any way?

Go lighter, don't go further than your back can hold. Keep forearms in front of knees and keep hips back and high. It's like a kettlebell swing.

I really good one I do is pretty much nordic curls but what you do is kneel on a bench (preferably lat pull down or something with a bar you can hook a resistance band around) wrap the band just under breast/pec area and the other end around the top of machine (like a noose) and basically lower your body down to the bench so that your torso is almost parallel with the bench - and your legs hooked under where you knees would normally go if you were doing lat pulldowns. You can eventually use lighter resistance bands and holy shit this is both great mobility training and really activates hammies.

You have to go back.

Who this? My dad was asking

I like doing hamstring curls on the leg extension machine, because my gym only has the left machine from my picture and not the right and I don't like my quads getting crushed.
