Well it certainly isn’t bad for you, the idea that only eating naturally available whole foods that your species evolved to eat doesn’t seem silly to me at all. If you follow the diet and live a highly active lifestyle my guess is that you’ll become fairly thin, have a pretty lean body comp, feel good in general and will probably have less health problems when you’re older.
