I like hard-boiled and scrambled.

Over easy make sure the yolk is still runny. Assuming you want the maximum health benefits of the egg

Insert them into your boyfriends ass and leave them there for about an hour or so

Adding them to tuna or salad? Or even, dare i say, tuna salad? Hard boiled.
With toast? Soft boiled.
Have bacon? Fry up some bacon first, cook them in the grease (my favorite way).
Have some rice and veggies? Fried rice.
Want to put in random shit like onions? Scrambled.

Put on the stove
When it starts boiling count three minutes
Get then out and runse them through cold water
Enjoy your perfect runny yolk eggs

One thing to mind is you shouldn't put eggs out from the fridge under boiling water straight away or a stove too hot
They'll break and you'll lose all the protein goodness
