All this means was your nutrition and recovery was trash nigger.

But you lose the popcorn muscle gains from getting a daily pump and no one cares how strong you are.

i do

based. full recovery --> lift heavier --> more gains. Mentzer was right about everything

how many times per week do you lift now vs before? I think this might actually be correct. Less effort shouldn't automatically equate to better results. That's like saying studying less made you more knowledgeable about a subject

Yep.

5x per week to 2x per week. OHP went from 215 to 245 in 10 months after switching to lower frequency. Plateaued at 205-215 for 6 months when I did OHP 3x per week. Switching over to OHP 1x per week saw greater results. Gained only 10lbs during the process.
More is not better. Recovery is key. Full recovery = greater performance = greater results.
I will not argue about this. Enjoy suboptimal progress if you want to. Low frequency is the way to go.

Y-you do 245 OHP?

How long had you been training for before changing frequency?

3 years.

mark was right all along

Just means he’s natural and not a roided cock sucking faggot like yourself

Yep. Achieved it after stalling at 215 for over half a year.
Reducing my frequency, increasing my intensity, and prioritizing my recovery was the key.

you coukd too if you lifted heavy, slept and ate while letting your body rest.

exact opposite for me. The more often I train the faster my results

I do 360 lbs OHP for 6 reps, all natty.

that's respecc if tru
post body or u lie

Bro this isn't "reducing your lifting frequency", this is "I'm not going for a PR 5 days a week like an idiot"
I thought everyone knew you don't have a high-intesnity/strength/competition session with any given lift more than once a week.
Natural hypertrophy goes like a week and a half between such sessions, but does volume work in between, for example.

>I did OHP 3x per week.
there we have it
also, did you change the total volume of delt work between each type of routine?
