This looks photoshopped. I noticed the head doesn't match the body and you can see a crease at the neckline that shows where it is pasted on.

100% natty. I'm so tempted to take a pic because I have almost the same physique (he's doing some weird flex with his lower abs that looks cringe tho).

I do full body workout daily, run ~20mi/week, and eat as clean as I can with no exceptions. Here's my routine, in order, if it helps:

WARMUP (40lb free weights)
>COC #1. 100+ reps each hand
>Gyro ball with each hand for a few mins
>Leg raises/twists x100+
>20 dips
>20 lat raises
>20 bicep curls
>20 gravity press

MAIN WORKOUT (50lb free weights, ~200lb bench)
>20 bicep curls
>20 bench press
>30 weighted crunches on a steep incline
>20 finger grip exercises (twist a cylinder with tips of fingers connected to 50lbs)
>20 forearm grip exercises (same thing with but with whole hand)
>20 overhead butterfly raises
>20 lat pulldowns
>20 weighted dips
>20 lat pulldowns
>30 pullups

It's not a lot, but over months/years of doing it every day, you'll be happy with the results.

Second to last should say 20 lat raises, not pulldowns, fwiw

doable if he's not really tall. the traps are a bit suspect though. lift heavy and make your diet as clean as you can it's that simple.
