Have a high protein, high carb, low fat, low calorie diet.
Live heavier weights.
Work out your entire body. Not just ass and abs.

get yourself on a full body routine, you are relying mostly on diet for your weight loss and recomp, try actually building muscle. You don't have to go very heavy, bodyweight should do. Starving yourself is going to start to be counter productive.

Muscle is the absolute hardest thing to gain and the absolute easiest thing to lose, don't be afraid to gain muscle.

Ok, so far Ive gotten up to 40. I use dumbbells and I do 30-60 mins of cardio 3/7 days a week.
I guess ill lift more and adjust the macros thx user

you will never be too bulky, you will never gain enough muscle to be like that. It takes actual years and years of heavy ass training purely for muscle growth to get bulky, and then it only takes 3-4 months of not training to lose it all. You are way too worried about muscle growth, I guarantee you that you won't gain too much muscle, and in the off chance that you would, all you would need to do is stop and do cardio centric exercise for a couple months and you'd be back to square one
