Like 50 something and I don't do cardio.

When I stop smoking 45 or less. Start smoking again and it jumps to 57ish in a matter of days

90

75-80, confident I can bring It down, I lost 4kg since the beginning of this month

t. fattie

53 but I don't do too much cardio lately. I'm gonna put it back in now that I'm almost done moving out.

how the fuck would I know?

>grab a stopwatch
>count the number of times your heart beats for 1 minute

I'm a fat fuck and it's about 60 bpm. I used to be very fit but my cardio has almost always been shit. Now I'm just adding fat and muscle and look like a bloated thumb.

whenever i try to measure my shit i get anxious that its gonna be high and then it goes up to 80 for the final read ITS RETARDED my brain is such a cuck

>80-100 healthy resting heart rate
Lmao wtf did they change it for American people

That's an enormous fucking range. Also it's unethical to say it's healthy. Someone with a hr of 60 can work out and be exercising at a hr of 95, which is elevated, but still below what they consider healthy for others. I don't believe any resting heart rate above 80 is healthy. 70 is elevated, 60s are normal. 50s are healthy, 40s are athletes and 30s are endurance athletic professionals.
With moderate cardio(not even running, were talking walking 2-4 km a day) and resistance training 2-3x a week along with a healthy diet will get you into the 50s or 60s

I do cardio since the beginning of the year and my heart rate dropped from 7x to this, pretty good i guess

around 65-75 when properly caffeinated around 45-55 when no on anything my bp also gets low enough I still faint when I stand sometimes without caffeine

About 68, but it depends on whether I'm talking to a pretty girl or not.

61-65 I'm a fatty so that's as low as I can get it. It was 80 when I was 300lbs and inactive

68bpm just now, wanna get that down to like 45 or 50 by summer time.

70 bpm, but I need definitely need to do more cardio

60 when I'm not taking ECA stack.

Inverse law or something bigger animals/people have lower heart rates. Are you obese?

How do you get your blood pressure so low?
