There’s like a billion Indians, nobody will notice if you eat a few of them

Eggs and chicken.
Take a multivitamin 3 days a week in order to get iron (among other things).
You don't need more than 1 gram of protein per kg of ideal weight (your height in cm minus 100). You can even get by on 0.8 per kg.
Protein is essential, but you don't perfom better the more you eat of it. The real fuel comes from carbs and fats.

you don't care how heavy it's raining outside when you are already soaking wet.

Mine is a gym in the basement, and the corners of the room have mats that cover open sewage, some dried up swage water on the walls too.oh yah and a big fish tank in the centre with one single fish haha

>kidnap cow from streets
>unlimited protein

Jfc as a Britbong I feel sort of bad that we didn't stick around longer kek

bobs and vagene

Legumes+grains. Isn't lentils pretty common and cheap in India? Don't listen to ketolards, carbs aren't gonna kill you. You should still try to eat meat sometimes, maybe go for cheaper cuts like liver

kek

paneer cheese?

Don't you guys eat tons of lentils? Plenty of protein in those.

Beans, eggs, and chicken. I don't recommend indian pork kek, can't be raised in hygenic conditions.
