>do 50 takes for a tiktok
>go as hard as you can for each of them like an autist
>injure yourself

i wish I was tied to that stand

linear progression doesnt end
u only get stronger and thus it becomes harder to progress which calls for more volume frequency or sometimes even less.

God I wish I was the puzzlemat flooring

same

>be female
>only do any kind of physical activity to show off legs, ass and tits
do women really?

These meme MMA workouts give people a false sense of security. Imagine landing a twirling 360 kick in a street fight, kek.

I know she's doing this for cardio/fitness but I know men who train their fighting skills like this unironically.

it ends whenever you can't progress workout to workout. which depends entirely on your genetics, athletic background, diet, sleep etc. when you can't progress, you hop on a program where you work on increasing the load weekly and more sustainable intensities and ideally with some form of fatigue management and/or self regulation

When you run your LP program to where you can't progress even with reloads on a caloric surplus

Then you do an intermediate strength or body building routine

>little doing double kick bullshit

lol she probably thinks she can defend herself from a man with this crap

Imagine letting her you wrestle you down and her warm sweaty soles pressing onto your face as she steps on you

bump

>but I know men who train their fighting skills like this unironically.
What do you recommend instead? Punches and grappling?

that flippy floppy 1-2 kick was hilarious

>be female
Why?

haha yeah

2 untrained men with exactly the same height, proportions, and starting fitness level and weight, each train for 3 years.

One does martial arts training, but no strength training.
One does strength and cardio training, but no martial arts.

who would win in a fight after those 3 years?

Martial arts, lol

>martial arts, lol

Well one is an art and the other develops your skeletomuscular cardiovascular systems so you tell me..

>The worst she can say is No
