I jack off once a day or every 2 day, it doesn't usually take more than 10 minutes so I wouldn't say it takes time away for more productive activities. My sex life is normal, I don't suffer from ED or PE. I perform well in most areas of human activity. How would quitting porn benefit me?

I don't have actual evidence but I can tell you from personal experience porn does fuck with you.
I have been using porn continuously for like 12 years or so and I don't believe PE or ED bullshit because my dick is as hard as ever. I never had a problem lasting long or anything to do with physical performance. It also hasn't impacted my ability to meet women and shit.
The problem came when I was starting to prefer jacking off watching porn as opposed to banging my GF at the time, we had been dating for 3 years, and I found myself telling her I was too tired from work to have sex, only to go jack off to some porn (nothing vile, just simply hardcore sex). Eventually this created distance and we broke up, it wasn't the only reason but it definitely played a role in hindsight.
With my next gf, I was really strict about never using porn she was kind enough to give me a lot of nudes, we'd sometimes film our sex and I found myself jacking off to the thought of us having sex, her nudes or our films. I never lost interest in sex with her we also lasted about 3 years until we broke up for mutual reasons.
So yeah, it's a small sample size but porn did fuck with me when I had my first GF. It sounds like you're single so in reality I see no reason to quit porn as long as you understand porn is not reality and you don't warp your expectations of what sex really is. I never ventured into the really vulgar stuff as well, I feel like a big problem lies when you get too comfortable watching that shit.

i never had any real problems with porn or sex, because they were always completely seperated to me, but porn is a fucking slippery slope and there is no need for it. first argument is that porn doesn't do anything good for your body, it makes you even more stressed and masturbation without it is way better when you rediscover it. second argument is the jew industry and the nasty people doing porn. third is that its kinda cucked and cucking you from having sex and not being completely open with people, you always have that nasty dirty little side of you when you hide away to jerk to your porn. fourth is that you dont actually need it for anything, people have been fine for thousands of years without porn and for me the most convincing argument is freedom. i want complete freedom from anything, i don't want to crave anything i dont need, i want to simplify my life as much as possible. and you might find out that relationships with women become way more intimate because you dont have a "second private sex life", everything sexual you do with your partner and you'll have a happier marriage or w/e (our brain is so easily overstimulated by images it's better to just ignore then). you're probably still young so do it now, maybe try it out but you really have to stop completely for a few months.
