theyre just playing games with legal definitions

I kept finding cyst like things in my muscle milk. They had the smell, look, and consistency of tonsil stones. This happened in like multiple different containers too.

I have that one but the vanilla flavor. Don't really like it but it gets the job done.

just get the simplest whey with no added bullshit else than flavourings you like

The best protein powder is the one that is most palatable to your taste/stomach.

I fucking can't stand any powdered chocolate / milkshake style whey (apart from the more expensive pre-made bottled brands) BUT clear whey isolate, ones that have flavours like lemon, grape, mango etc is so much easier for me to drink and enjoy. No bloating, no nasty sweetner taste, no feeling sick. Shit is a complete game changer.

Make sure you grab protein powders that display and have a full amino acid profile with the least amount of ingredients in it possible. Muscle Milk is one to avoid

What i use. Felt bloated on whey

dude you're paying a fortune for something you could literally buy in bulk

what

He's saying you could buy what OP's picture is showing, basically a bulk version of powdered muscle milk and save money by mixing it yourself instead of buying premixed/ready to drink. I understand the convenience behind it though, like it's ready to drink and you don't have to mix it.

cvs whey protein. and you get a weekly 40% off so it becomes cheap. chocolates better than vanilla

I use to just buy plain chocolate Whey from my local drug store, got a big container of it. I don't drink any protein supplements anymore since I stopped trying to lose weight/work out, probably need to get back into it though if I can find the desire/motivation.

Do you need like a CVS card or something? I have a cvs like a block away.

helps with expelling fluids, it's quite popular in UFC
