I didnt take picture but i after lifting i ate
>200g chicken breast
>400g brocoli
>500g potato
>200g tomato puree (with extra spices to make it spicy)

rats peed on that can and you're putting it on your plate

It was in a plastic bag, actually. So I'm eating microplastics, not rat piss.

That's a fairly small amount of McDonalds for an average-sized person, I'd say? The main reason fast-food cooks so fast and "lasts" so short is that there isn't much density to it.

i honestly have no idea what you are saying.

Why is there smegma on your steak?

looks good, bro

moviebob reference

Have you never had a steak with garlic butter? You're missing out.

what veggies?

Roasted brussels sprouts. Breddy good.

How does it taste?

garlic and butter

Nice diarrhea inducing meal.

Today is rest day and i got this for dinner
Salad is tuna with chickpeas and hard boiled eggs, sauce is made with chopped onions, olive oil, dijon mustard, anchoves paste, garlic and parsley. Salt to taste

Best thing about this recipe is that its littéraly one can of tuna, one can of chickpea, two eggs one onions and the rest is around in either the frigde or my cupboard
