I have eaten fried eggs with picrel seasoning every day for like 3 weeks

These are delicious.

Also scrambled with salt, black pepper, chili flakes and chives

>boil thin bit of water
>add 1/3 cup couscous and chicken soup stock
>crack in eggs once couscous start fluffing
>mix in eggs
>makes nice eggs and couscous mix
>soya sauce

>crack 4 of them in a small bowl
>beat a couple times with a fork
>pour on a pan that has tiny bit of olive oil
>low heat for about 10min till it's not liquid
>don't even wash the bowl
>pour some oats and cook them in microwave
you now have eggs, oats and I usually add some broccoli and an orange, plus a bit of blueberry for oats
that's my typical breakfast

Scramble then roll into a tortilla and put it back on the stove until it’s crispy. I like dipping it in maple syrup

for me it's peppers and eggs.
>roast some sweet peppers
>slice them into strips once soft
>add to the pan for a few seconds to heat up
>add beaten eggs
>scramble to your liking
>season lightly with salt and pepper
>garnish with something if you're a faggot
simple and easy. it's the ultimate example of deceptively simple and delicious pastanigger cuisine.

>4 eggs
>beat to shit with a fork
>50g mexican cheese
>just enough butter to grease the pan
>grind a little salt over them and shake an even spread of black pepper
>cook over med+ heat scrambling constantly
Nothing fancy but they're tasty and fluffy as hell. Lately I've been adding 2-4 egg whites for added protein and upping the cheese to 80g. Not as tasty bc less yolk per capita but still good and almost twice as much food.

>Split yolk and white
>Cook the white
>Place the yolk on top
Enjoy anons, no point wasting time cooking the yolk.

>Crack in pan
>dump pan over onto plate in 2-3 minutes
>walla

I use eggs as binders for kabobs
One per pound of ground beef
Also I’m on the croissant diet (minimize PUFAs) and I’ll eat them as part of crepe batter

what's the point if you're just going to add that much butter? the macros go down the drain

I've been rocking the powdered hot sauce too, shit works wonders. I'm going to try and make my own. Cooking any hot sauce in is wicked.

The superior being

Seppos don't know what they are missing.

This guy is very good to learn to how to cook, 10/10 channel

Are eggs better as a PWO meal compared to oatmeal? I sometimes eat eggs instead of oatmeal and I feel more satiated than with oatmeal desu, thinking of treating oatmeal as dinner instead.

I usually just fry them in lard, I'm trying to gain weight even if it is fat (12% bf but small, so what's the point)

OR, one of my favourite anabolic meals, FRENCH TOASTS
You have:
Bread (carbs)
Eggs (protein, vitamins)
Milk (protein, fat, vitamins)

For once the french did something useful.

I like making fried rice with them.
-minced ginger, garlic, chopped scallions, 4 eggs, 35g of cooked rice and sesame oil.

>boils
>peel
>eat
simple as

yeah nah i was along for the ride just to see how he likes his own eggs but as soon as he's open-mouthed eating and talking like an uncivilized baboon i'm fucken outtie-two-thowsie. utter garbage, low-class chink trash disgusting human being

i eat scrambled eggs with oats mixed in them. so just stir the eggs with oats in them
its top tier protein, fats and carbs in one meal

I heat up some frozen veggies with olive oil and add 5 whole eggs after a couple minutes

In case you are a faggot like me and enjoy neither the taste nor the texture of anything egg-related try this:

- mash 1 banana
- add two raw eggs
- add a little cinnamon
- mix well, pour in a pan

I think it's called a paleo pancake, but it doesn't taste anything like egg and the texture is nothing like anything egg-related as well, so it's perfect for me.
I recently also added protein-pancake-powder to it as well, goes well together.
