My fucking frame is so fucking narrow.
Despite packing considerable size onto my delts (side raises with 30lbs for sets of 20, controlled. 165 x 5 x 5 OHP) I'm barely wider than most girls that I'm 6 inches taller than and skinny untrained twinks that cant bench 95lbs match my width in clothes. How the fuck is it possible to have such bad genetics?

use perfect pushups against a wall and go for 10 sets of 100. You will feel your shoulders expand. I'm at 55 inches shoulder circumference because of it.

You have to train your back, not your shoulders, retard
Do weighted pullups and your v shape will follow as you progress

I do man. I can do weighted pull ups with 90 and I can barbell row 2 plates strict for reps. At this point, you'd think I would have reached a point where I'd at least have a wide look. But I dont.

yes, exactly your pic-related. Use them with these tools to save your wrists and to increase the difficulty a bit. Make sure you are finishing the high rep set without taking a break. If you do it right, you will have a nasty pump on your traps, upper chest, and triceps

Oh also look into golden era guys ribcage expanding exercises. DB pullovers BTN pulldowns etc... I think those genuinely worked to make my upper body frame bigger
