If you’ve gotten this mode

How. Not here to argue what is ideal, but I change modes sometimes and this leanness is my current quest.

What worked for me was a slight calorie deficit over 1-2 months with calisthenics and moderate cardio 5-6x/week. You could probably get there a lot faster with a hard cut and intense cardio but my routine helped me also gain muscle and not feel like shit during the day, even if it took longer. Definitely depends on where you're coming from though.

>lift heavy
>eat at a caloric deficit
its not rocket science

Did you already have muscle prior to cutting? If so, was it built through weight training?

Not op but that's what I'm starting right now for speedo season. I'm going for a 150 to 250 calorie cut off of my usual 3.2k.
I'm at 15% bf so I'm going to take it really slow and gentle

Yes but I meant more so tactics to maintain that deficit while training. Like intermittent fasting for example, abusing caffeine’s appetite suppressant effects etc…

Exercise and proper diet. Also kill yourself.

Yes, I should've mentioned that. I've done proper weightlifting on/off for around 4 years so I had a good base but was still skinnyfat. Mostly the usual stuff- squats, bench, ohp, no deadlifts though. If you want this mode do a LOT of accessories to make it look balanced, stuff like lateral raises, calf raises, and I do abs almost every day and it makes them really start to pop after a while.

caloric deficit is pretty hard for a long time. do omad, the day isn't that long and you basically eat till fullness when you do eat. obviously be sure to count your calories, but it's easier when it's one big meal

I have massive gyno tits and a fat tummy

Might look better if you really hit chest much harder.

Circuits and supersets focused on core and the larger muscles on the chest and back.

have you been spamming this image for years or do you just look like someone else on here

There really is no fucking magic to this. For my diet, I ate 3 meals a day, lifted 5 days a week and made sure I got my 10k+ steps in a day. For satiety and not feeling hungry, learn how to cook. I stuck to chicken, turkey breast, lean ground beef and fatty salmon just to switch things up a bit AND I ate a big salad with every dinner, so that I would not go to bed feeling hungry. Being hungry throughout the day is fine as you got shit to do to keep you occupied but at night, eat protein and fibrous foods to fill you up.

what'd you put in your salad? i hate it.

Unironically i just ate intuitively. And my only rule was to not eat in front of PC, because dirty. Also i ate on a budget cause poorfag. Plain rice and chicken breast 3times a week, if you play league for 8 hours you forget to eat. Also caffeine

Lettuce, peeled carrots, some pickles and bunch of other veggies that are low in calories. More important was the dressing that I usually made with some form of citrus fruit, olive oil and some other ingredients like herbs etc. If you only dump 2-3 teaspoons over your salad and toss it, its actually not that many calories and makes salads every night bearable. Also, the main point is not for this to be a gourmet meal but to fill you up so that you're not hungry at night, although the freshness of it actually feels really nice after a hot dinner meal. Dieting sucks and some point you're going to have to embrace that, which is why I said "learn how to cook", if you don't already. Makes your food tastier and lets you be in control of your calorie intake and what you put in your body.

Learn how to dress a salad. Get some bitter greens like arugula or baby kale.

Add enough olive oil to lightly coat the leaves. Vinegar/lemon juice to balance the fat and bitterness. Toss to evenly mix. Add a pinch or two of salt to season as well as fresh cracked black pepper.

The most important thing is the balance between oil, vinegar, and salt. Roughly 3:1 oil:vinegar. Different vinegars can have varying levels of sharpness so there’s no exact measurement. Have fun and see what you like. You can also add in avocado, cucumber, carrot, radishes, fruits, nuts etc to mix it up. Greens with apple, walnut, and blue cheese with EVOO and white wine vinegar is a classic combo for example. Roast off a beet and add it to bulk up the nutrient profile of your meal. Cook off a chicken breast and add it along with a poached egg, dijon mustard, and thick breadcrumbs and you’ve got an entire meal in one bowl.

I fucking love salads personally if you couldn’t tell

I half way there bro, what you think?
