5g per day is standard dose. FIGGY just stuffs a teaspoon in his mouth and washes it down with milk. Also the cheapo C4 pre-workout I use lists 1g of creatine in it.

No, I was trying to finish the set as fast as possible so I didn't think about it

are you supposed to the feel the weight on your lower back during the intial lift up motion of the deadlift? it's not really the entirety of the lower back but closer down where the hip bone is

Obviously I'm no expert on the log press, but I hear strongmen recommending it so you don't collapse in the bottom position
