In my line of work in Canada my income directly correlates to my physical fitness. I am paid piece rate work innawoods planting trees. Usually 14 cents a tree, average 3500 trees a day if you're a top 5 baller.

this is like saying teachers only work 6 hours a day. I spend 2x as much time on food than I do actually working out. Cooking, ordering food, going out to get food, forcing yourself to eat the food, buying groceries...these things all take way fucking longer when you're also training

also who the fuck only works out for an hour a day. Even if all you do is 3x5 that's a minimum of 18 minutes just spent sitting around if you wait 3 mins between sets, most people wait 5 so that's 30 mins just sitting between sets. Add warmups and racking/unracking, talking to gymbros for a few mins, and potentially waiting for equipment and idk how the fuck u finish in an hour
