porn is incredibly harmful and needs to be cut out completely. But sports are ok in moderation, it can be great motivation to watch your favourite athelete in a game and try to replicate his movements and skills.
Like I used to watch ronaldo at man utd and madrid when I was a kid, and because of that was obsessed with soccer. And played at a pretty high level in youth teams, and got into fitness/lifting because of it. So in moderation, sports is ok.
