Ive been lifting for two and a half years and have dropped 180 or so lbs

How much did you weigh before starting to lift? How lean are you rn?

400lbs. Maybe 340lbs when I added in lifting to cardio. Might have been a bit heavier. 220lbs now at 5’11 and closing in on 2/3/4/5

Trying to not let my appetite make me fat is really, really fucking hard. I could just eat and eat and gain like 2-3lb/wk even though I already weigh 235 (peaked at 247). I even get hungry when I'm maintaining, unless I eat primarily super satiating foods (all lean meats, only potatoes for carbs, etc).
I'm just a fat kid at heart.
I want to hit 300lb (yes I'll take gear), but it's a struggle to not just get there way too fast.
