I think that's his sterile gut hypothesis comes into play but I'd never do that shit. I do like the broad applications of his theories like eating (real) food that tastes good in contrast to people telling you kale is a superfood but it tastes like actual poison so you're just believing nameless "experts" and cronometer.

My current diet is a mixture of heavy animal products (some might call it carnivore) with the carb sources being potato, OJ and dairy. I don't get blood tests done because I'm not sick but I feel more aggressive with this.

His theories would imply yogurt drinkers are all sickly people that die at 60 years old when it's one of the most common centenarian meals along with cheese. His fan forum is filled with retarded schizos that drink 8 cups coffee a day, don't eat solid food and then complains about being low energy. Also supplements don't do anything and if you go there you're going to get tricked into buying dozens.

Peat is a cook but insulin resistance is caused primarily by a saturated fat and a caloric surplus.

If you eat cooked starch like "healthy" brown rice, sweet potatoes and all that you're still getting an insulin response. It's not specific to sugar, they both end up the same way. In fact, the fruits are lower on the insulin response which is proven with the insulin index. Uncooked starch is just simply indigestible so it's not worth mentioning. The idea that starch is healthier than sugar is pure social conditioning "sweet potatoes so healthy yum yum mmm whole grain pasta"
