Its good. Not sure why it has added vitamins and creatine though. If you end up having a lot of scoops you could end up dehydrated.
Make sure you have at least 2L a day since you're increasing your creatine.

Ok. Thanks.

it has ONIONS lecithin and xantham gum as a filler, so they can jew you out.

enjoy zits and bitch tits from the onions and being scammed.

you gonna be just like jay cutler bro (:
buy a protein without onions next time you autist

>30g of protein out of 44g per serving
>creatine
>expensive
It has too much fillers and creatine is often added since it's cheaper than protein, and can spike it. I'd say not a great buy.

are you serious? also who is Jay Cutler? is he the guy who owns that knife brand?
that character looks like my professor lol
shit.
can you all recommend a good whey isolate?

>Contains onions ingredients
NGMI

I better tell you how to choose a good one. Whey isolate is about 90% protein by itself. Obviously most of the protein you'll buy has added flavors and shit so it disolves better, so I'd say that around 80% would be good enough. Yours is about 71%. Also you don't want to see amino acids or creatine added since those are cheaper ingredients that most of the time are counted as protein, unless otherwise specified.
From the ones available where I live, dymatize 100% whey isolate is the best one I've seen.

Shoulda had it be upside down for the memes

thanks for the good information

Now sports nutrition is pretty good. Literally two ingredients whey and lecithin

What brand OP? Post link and prices pls

Just drink it and see what happens blog every sip you take on here like a tard

1. Get less filler shit
2. Calories should be g of protein x 4, then account for the difference between that and the other ingredients
Example:
30g protein x 4 cal/g = 120 cal
130-120 = 10 cal to account for
0.5g*8cal/g (fats) + 3g*4g/cal (carbs) = 16 cal
So they're doing creative accounting here. Not surprising given the autistic amount of fillers/additives.

this. so much this.

welcome to the Any Forums gang! looking forward to your next blog post, friendo! xx

I’ll second that dymatize is a very good quality protein, tasty too

This is the stuff.
Thanks for the gold!
