What are your thoughts on my stack? I am a 21 yo man with no illnesses, I want to improve my well-being and performance in the gym while reducing the risk of short and long term injuries.
I'm a tad concerned about this B complex, the amount of vitamins is really high, much higher than all other brands, especially for the price, IDK if that's positive or it's too much to be running daily long term.
Also is there any difference from marine and bovine collagen?
Just eat food instead of pumping yourself with chemical supplements with god knows what in it.

Toss it all except vit D and creatine. Take 5000ui vit D and 5gr creatine daily. Spend the test on cheap whey. Don’t major in the minors bro; almost all supps are total bullshit
