Can I be a powerlifter if I am a beginner? What even is the difference between strongman, powerlifting and bodybuilding?

That's a big guy.

Bobbychan, you aren't supposed DYEL hunterblog yourself self

powerlifting is taining benching, squat, and deadlift to be as heavy as possible. Strongman is training everything else except bench to be an steong as possible, especially random objects overhead. Bodybuilding is getting big, lean, and proportional and the weight numbers don't really matter. You can call yourself whatever you want if it's what you're traning for; there's no minimum.

>Powerlifter
Needs to be able to total at least 75 kg in competition (25/25/25) (squat/bench/deadlift)

>Strongman
Have to compete in strongman competitions, wide variety of events including log, axle, atlas stones, farmers carries/frame carries, bag throws, etc.

>Bodybuilding
Have to compete in a bodybuilding competition (tanned, very lean, hopefully muscular)

As you can see, nothing has anything to do with advancement (except maybe bodybuilding because you'll just be a tan skelly if you get stage ready) and everything to do with competing in your chosen sport.

Funny.

Yes, you can.
>strongman
Bunch of cool meme stuff, like bus/truck pulls, axle lifts, log lifts, stone lifts. The other lads could explain it better.

God damn Bobby mirin'

Someone link this man the ebook before I lose my Norman khan

>how r u?
Fine. Starting night shift

Stupid question:
Do you need to blast gear in order to do conjugate?
i.e., I don't want to lose my natty card.

If you're not equipped and on steroids while training at Westside Barbell, you're not really doing Conjugate.

then what program should a natty do raw?

>t. doesn't know what a magnum ram is

Currently doing 5/3/1 BBB weekly progress

Currently lifts:
Bodweight: 86kg

Bench: 85kg x 3
Squat: 125x5
deadlift: 152.5kgx5
Ohp: 60kgx3
Row: 70kgx5

...keep stalling on OHP. Are there any other routines out there that offer better programming?

The ebook

some kind of squat plug?

still 200 kg in your hands and on your back

Attached: figlet.png (1321x465, 38.2K)

No

Fuck off

How strong are you

190 kg squat
205 kg dl
110 kg bench (lmao)

>Do you need to blast gear in order to do conjugate?
No

Hahaha

Run SS for your bench, that’s pathetic. Can’t even 2pl8 for 5
… and I bet you’re a hefty boy too

You're not ready for conjugate.

185 cm 93 kg

You absolutely can do conjugate now

>110 bench @ 93
Cut 10 kg fatass

Nah, I better run some Smolov Jr for bench.

>sub 90kg category when 6'1

Thank you for your blessing. Can you please post a pic of yourself so I can ensure this is sound advice?

Your funeral

You have no muscle mass and you weight 93 kg, you need to cut…
Unless you want to end up like Blobby?

I hear someone talking about cutting.
