They won't last long just like your motivation to keep using them.
No. A set of those are the best most versatile bands you can use
why? They seem to be cheaper than dumbells and adaptable weight.
My only fear is that they don't stretch enough
They're fantastic for home and travel workouts. I bought these and am convinced they're the best bang for 20 bucks rn

They tear easily. Get light dumbbells if you’re not able to lift heavy weight
No they don't.
I bought a set of these for my wife to do assisted pullups with. Can recommend.
I used them for all my warm-ups. Good stuff.
that what happens if you leave out in the sun for too long
They're pretty meh. Just do calisthenics instead
that's what some people adviced me
I have a problem with joints swelling up sometimes and an user here said to use these, instead of dumbells
It's cheap too
Good band but I prefer their early works
Yes they do. They may seem sturdy at first but they'll wear out quickly especially if you use them on bars/railings etc.
To OP, just get weights.
I bought bands for when the gyms were closed. They are pretty good. I would recommended to get also the anchor for the door. Also the only routine I found was from The Buff Dudes, on YouTube. They sell a booklet with routines and more exercises for bands, which is also pretty good.
I prefer my clubs and kettlebells for transportable system.
Will using these bands help build muscle? To broke right now to buy more weights.
You're not taking kettlebells on a 4 day business trip
>travel
>20 bucks
I legit hope they're paying you to shill this shit because you just sold one.
Thans for the advice, man
May God Bless your day
Thanks, I prefer the ideia of weights more, but I want to start a little easier now
Plus, maybe a gym would be better than weights when the time comes, no?
Water filled slosh/swing bags are great for travel, I use the hydrocore but there's no real difference between brands and types. I only do conditioning work during business travel since most hotel gyms don't have proper equipment.
