She’s 120lbs, 5’4”
here’s her current diet

breakfast
usually eats two strips of bacon, one egg, and toast
with a plain almond milk latte

lunch
salmon fillet and plain rice

dinner
pasta with chicken and or vegetables and parmesan cheese

she works out 3 to 4 times per week and focuses on legs/shoulders/back. she’s basically been maintaining this weight for a few months, but wants to shed a little fat without losing muscle. any tips?
