Guys, need some advice, I'm starting 5/3/1 for the first time since I'm plateauing

Increasing the weight in 5 kgs per cycle in 5/3/1 is too much? I feel that with the lower exercises it's ok, but with bench/press is wayyy too much. At the same time, I feel like I was able to do way too many reps at the end of the first cycle of 5/3/1.

If it matters, stats from my first month of 5/3/1:
158 lbs
Squats: 264 lbs(7 reps)
Bench: 154 lbs (9 reps)
Press: 88 lbs (9 reps)
DL: 125 (7 reps)
Row:154 lbs (9 reps)

Assuming your form for the lifts is passable, and those were AMRAPS, AND you're going to gain at least a few pounds (1-2 kg) per month. you could probably jump 10 kg, then proceed with 5 kg jumps from there until that seems like too much.

What’s a good routine that works while being at maintenance?

I keep going full retard with my deadlifts - get overconfident, add too much weight, and fuck up my back.

Unless you are 5'3'', strength gains are gonna taper off fairly quickly then. You can still probably make one pretty aggressive jump just based on how many you got on the AMRAPs though.

Since I began eating more and lifting/exercising; I’ve been pooping 2 times a day and before it was just 1. My parents are making me feel like I’m a freak because I poop 2 times a day.
