Why is Nintendo allowing this? Are they really powerless to stop emulation?

can't tell if nigger or someone covered in diarrhea

Because emulation is legal as long as the emulator doesn't use copyrighted source code of Nintendo and the user doesn't use pirated copies. It's legal to use your own games or copies of games you made yourself.

Why are so many people amazed that a Linux PC can run emulators/

Emutrannies... we won

Cool don't care, still using GNU/Linux.

The fact that emulation receives as little main stream coverage as it does is the real issue. Its a huge topic that many are interested in but because it could make the people paying for your ads pissy it gets hugely ignored.

> the zoomie doesn't know
copy protections on handheld games isn't a new thing. and also denuvo is continually cracked. game is over before it began, and the pirates have still won.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
YOU CAN'T PIRATE MY HEKKING FAVOURITE BILIONAIRE CORPORATION!!!
ITS.... LE IMMORAL

For some reason most people think of the deck as a console and not an actual PC.

>little main stream coverage
these faggots can't be trusted with real news, forget about them showing an unbiased interest in emulation. it's not possible.

2 more weeks before emulators self destruct you computers

>and also denuvo is continually cracked
>meanwhile pc '''gamers''' are literally downloading switch emulators to play denuvo games that aren't cracked for years
LOL

The important question is can I play crystal chronicles online with a steam deck?

3ds emulation will never be a fraction as good as the real thing, which is coincidentally very easy to hack.
Nothing in the world more pointless to emulate, just hack your 3ds dummies

denuvo hasn't even started to put protections on switch games yet, but i'm sure it'll be cracked quickly. also, nearly all titles have been ripped from nintendo's store so far. pirates already won. seething won't help you.

Anything that receives mainstream coverage is inevitably ruined by normies soon after. I do not see a single reason to want emulation to be mainstream.

>denuvo hasn't even started to put protections on switch games yet
I'm talking about denuvo on PC games you illiterate retard

If Nintendo would sell us their games again there wouldn’t be such a rampant emulation scene. At the same time, most people who emulate aren’t willing to buy games in the first place, so maybe there’s no point in doing anything.

notice how the thread isn't talking about pc games, you illiterate coon? there's a reason for that.

Because they can't do shit.

Pirates are niggers but nintendo isn't going to use this and their games are the ones that really matter

but who cares switch emu still isn't good enough no matter how much emutrannies want to pretend otherwise

nintendo doesn't care about your utilities or your rent. why do you care about their bottom line?

So, is he still going to keep his deadname on his handle?

>just hack your 3ds dummies
that would imply buying a 3ds, who the fuck wants to do that? and play on a shit screen with no upscaling or anything to combat the eye cancer of nintendos limitations.

>Are they really powerless to stop emulation?
everyone is powerless to stop emulation inevitably, it only takes time or sheer hardware power to brute force it. nintendo fail miserably at keeping up with hardware, so many more people can brute force their systems in emulation. they can delay it by stopping being faggots and actually using up to date hardware of sufficient power, but that's it. their denigvo attempt won't achieve much, best case scenario a small delay, worst case nothing at all and worse performance for actual switch owners
