Do you know of any good modern linear platformers (2D/3D)? I notice most platformer games are metroidvanias, roguelikes, collect-a-thons, etc these days.

Rayman Legends is insanely good, play that first if you haven’t.
Other great 2d ones are Celeste and Super Meat Boy.
3d linear platformers seem limited these days. Definitely play Super Mario Galaxy 1&2 if you haven’t.
