Welcome to the ϟϟ Challenge, a challenge for superhumans that will begin on September 1st

Rules so far:
>Cut all pornography and masturbation
>no alcohol, drugs, vapes, smoking etc. Cut that poison out
>Work out atleast 4x a week. Doesn't mean you have to work out at the gym, you can also do it outside
>no sugary drinks. Cut that poison out
>meditate
>reduce your carb intake and eat mostly animal protein and fats
>look after yourself, get a haircut, shave, shower, brush your teeth etc
>read some redpilled books or listen to audiobooks
>get 7-9h of quality sleep a night
