basically they are the only country who seems themselves that way. russia is a big joke, if they would just accept their position as a B-tier country then the world would be so much better. They are one of the only countries with TWO failed empires in less than 100 years. they still think they are an empire even though the killed the Tsar and his family and created the jewish bolshevik soviet union, and then they lost the cold war. Germany lost WW1 for a variety of factor. Particularly the complete collapse of their overall strategic mission (Schiellfen Plan).
