An international relations professor at my university told us that before the 2003 Irak war, Israel told the US that this was a bad idea because Saddam's Irak served as a counterweight to Iran's influence in the middle east, but the neocons just did it anyway because they thought they were going to invade Iran next.
Could this be true or is my professor a shabbos goy covering up for the kikes
Ariel Sharon was one of the few Israelis who wanted Americans to invade Iran first. The other zios said Iraq.

7 countries in 5 years. That was the neocon's plan. youtube.com/watch?v=TY2DKzastu8 it's also worth mentioning that Israel was pro Iran against the foreign policy wishes of the US during the 80's, then flipped on a dime and became anti-Iraq instead. It's always a question of who they see as their biggest threat at the time.
