Do research on buying a cheap patch of land that is rural but also where you can be self sufficient (grow your own veg at minimum). Consider places that are underpopulated already like Canada.

Keep getting more money and buy land and grow food eventually. Find employment that you enjoy. Never vax or test. Filter your water. Buy a Berkey at minimum with the fluoride filters.

You'll be lucky to get out in time. Buy some land way out, live in a camper, run an online business to upgrade, use local wood to build. If you're in an urban area you're toast. There's no such thing as "surviving in place" in a city. You need to get out of cities to survive, and it probably won't happen all at once for you to see it coming. You'll get trapped and dead.
