Do research on buying a cheap patch of land that is rural but also where you can be self sufficient (grow your own veg at minimum). Consider places that are underpopulated already like Canada.

Legal 80% firearms and enough ammo to train/stockpile. Ferment food at home. Go outside and be active and do some strength training. Don't be fat. Keep getting more money and buy land and grow food eventually. Find employment that you enjoy. Never vax or test. Filter your water. Buy a Berkey at minimum with the fluoride filters.
