Now? Once a week maybe. But back then every other day. De-realization fixed very fast. Overnight almost. Maybe a few days. Then just kept at it. Now I use it sparingly.

Like few nights back almost hit a deer. Sent me into full panic. Got home did it. Fine after 3 mins of doing it. So it’s more of a tool now for whatever.

Acupuncture also relives physical stressed and tensions from the body. Go get some needles and cups!

Yes this too. This got rid of my depersonalization, before I found TRE. Although I think TRE would have solved my DP as well.
