Should voting rights be amended? Like say, instead of just being 18 and a citizen, there also be a standard IQ test along with some kind of general knowledge of political systems test? I feel like this would weed out a lot of people who shouldn't be voting.
What about you Any Forums? How would you set the standards on who gets to vote?
