>Wait is going to a temp agency to get an office job litterly that simple?
You go to an actual recruiting agency, not a temp agency. You'll work as known as a "contractor". They are usually 3 month, 6 month or 12 month contracts. The recruiters only form of payment comes from if they place somebody, so they can sell the most useless/underqualifed person to decent paying roles.
I swear to god it's that simple. I have three degrees and my twin brother has no college exerpeience. We both make almost 200k/yr doing same thing (software development managers)
How does the average joe even get an office job?
Well, with the amount of information you can have nowadays people are more cultured when it comes to kikes. And people know the germans were too soft on them, so I expect things to go bloody this time.
Pretty much, but every year more and more companies check and it gets harder to BS even about the smallest things.
So do they set me up with interviews, and I all I have to do is not seem like some retard.
Yep, I've done it before when I was hard up for a job. Most of it is contract work but as long as you aren't completely retarded, you'll get hired on full time.
>So do they set me up with interviews, and I all I have to do is not seem like some retard.
That's exactly it. They'll tell you what to fix on your resume, how to "stretch the truth without lying" and do all the leg work for you. If you can come off as a normie, then it's very simple. (I'm a legit autist but learned how to behave like a normie/brad)
yes, it is that simple. I have been doing the same for 15 plus years.
Temp agencies are shit, you'll get shit pay and shit positions with companies that are assgoblins, that's why you're getting the job there.
But after enough time, you accumulate all the work experience, and then doors start to open.
I'm no degree, 15 + years in my field, I finally made it to somewhere decent and recently snagged a government job doing the same line of work.
Now I'm working on a degree, and I'll be able to move up and get paid a little better.
Temp agencies. The jobs are there, they're just shit for a while.
Thanks for the information mutt. Who knew Americans could actually be helpful
Sure thing fren. Now share this knowledge with others. I've helped so many people over the years in dead end jobs like mcdonald's be making 60k-100k+ 3 years later after giving them this advice
