Truck brakes are much different from vehicle brakes. Truck brakes are basically always on. Air pressure pulls the brake off. So if you have no air pressure you cant release the brakes.
That said, its not a deal breaker. You can separate the truck from the trailer and haul them even if they are locked up... its just a giant pain in the ass.
If the truck is on the frame though, that is going to destroy pavement if you can even get it up on a lowboy trailer. Unless you are running around jacking them up and throwing on a set of loaner rims.
But keep in mind that is NOT FUN to do in the cold.
