They also (validly) point out that men need to put in more effort in terms of the friends they make, in order to receive emotional support (so they transition to get that support more easily, since many of them lack social skills).
Overall, we do greatly prize ambition, self-determination and risk-taking in men, so I dont know why you're arguing it is alpha males who transition, rather than failed-males who transition. The main frustration still faced by an alpha male is that random women are still wary around him sometimes (understandably in certain situation, since almost every rapist and murderer is male) but his horniness remains well sated because he can very easily get women for those purposes using the looks and charisma that he possesses.

We are in fact intensifying masculinisation in women. We are not glorifying tradfemininity. Modern women are increasingly pushed to be career women juggling both work and children, to be authoritative and have a risk-taking enterpreunerial spirit, to be tough and less "hysterical", etc etc. Even their voices are known to have dropped in recent times because they use a deeper voice to be more respected in the workplace.
